By entering our website, forum, Game Server and IRC channel you have agreed to the following:

1 - You will agree to any future amendments to these terms of service.
2 - You agree that if any part of this agreement is found to be unlawful, that you still agreed in principle to that part, and also that no other part of this agreement will be affected as a result.
3 - You are not connected in anyway to TQ Digital or any other companies affiliated with TQ digital.
4 - Oblivion CO is a free service that requires no payment of any kind.
5 - Donations towards the server are welcomed but in no way forced.
6 - Donations are a NON refundable gift to help the running costs of the server, As a thank you for your donations Oblivion CO will reward you with a thank you gift in return in way of a virtual items in game.
7 - We reserve the right to all the data on the server, and have the right to remove anyone from the server if he/she violates any of our rules.
8 - Oblivion CO staff do not condone any threatening behaviour or verbal harassment towards its staff members, any user caught doing so can and will be removed from the server.
9 - Oblivion CO holds no responsibility for your account details, If you are foolish enough to give your login/password out to unauthorized people we will not be held responsible for the loss of items or misuse of that account.
10 - Connection to our Game Servers may only be made via our own client software. You will not use any other software to connect to the Game Servers.
11 - Any user caught using any third party devices/hacks/bugs or game exploits can and will be punished.

By entering Oblivion CO you are agreeing to all above stated rules and will abide by such rules. If you knowingly break any of the above rules we reserve the right to access and remove all data connected to you as a user and deny all access to Oblivion CO in the future
